Armando Branco (b. 1977, Netherlands) is a nostalgic commentator on contemporary life. His creative influences come from music, old Hollywood and personal or public archive images from the last century. Branco's diverse oeuvre also explores the subtle emotions that arise from interpersonal relationships and manifests itself in styles that range from seductive, commercially inspired images to raw and deeply intimate portraits. He openly incorporates the queer dimension of his life into his work.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Armando Branco's work has been published worldwide, both in print (magazines and books) and on digital platforms. In addition, he has been the owner and founder of an online male modelling agency (www.ficmodelmngnt.com) since May 2012.

What inspires me to this day is the tension between the everyday and the extraordinary. So to speak: 'concrete with a sweet layer of glamour'. This website serves as a collection of my personal 'greatest hits,' featuring recent projects as well as older work. These are the photos and productions that thrill me.
